Requirements

  • You have a degree or comparable relevant experience in recruiting, preferred in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • You want to learn more about recruiting and talent management
  • You want to understand new business models and are keen to help build our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • You are open-minded and communicative and can easily adjust to different conversation partners
  • Your experience in customer-related jobs, such as customer service or sales, is a bonus for us and a great basis for you to get started in recruiting
  • You speak fluent English, any other language is an advantage
Your tasks

  • You accompany your candidates through our recruiting process with a focus on a first-class candidate experience
  • You will mainly support our internal recruiting in your early days
  • Your candidates will not only get the standard information in the interviews with you, but you will be able to explain the operational tasks of Vaayu
  • You like to give new input to the team and are passionate about optimising and constantly developing processes.
  • After a detailed onboarding, you will be able to independently enter profiles, approach candidates directly and conduct initial interviews with them
