We're seeking a .Net Web Application Developer to build cutting edge applications using the latest client-side UI technologies (APIs, Vue.js). You'll have the opportunity to promote and design best practices and help to evolve Broadridge's development culture. You will work to create a world class Wealth Management platform by leveraging the rich array of financial software products already in Broadridge's arsenal along with cutting edge new offerings featuring modern user interfaces. Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.



Job Responsibilities:



  • You will lead development of a fully integrated and dynamic wealth management platform
  • You'll Focus on responsiveness, performance, and usability
  • Build and rapidly iterate in an agile environment.
  • You will build reusable UI elements focusing on complex data and architectural relationships, analytics, federated content and trading
  • Build model driven frameworks that can be "programmed" by product and business analysts to help attain higher team velocity and overall fewer lines of code
  • Build or adapt current JavaScript libraries for high performance real-time browser connectivity, data parsing, error handling, context passing, etc.
  • Constantly learn and improve coding abilities. Ensure the entire UI team learns and grows through mentoring and knowledge leadership
  • Participate in product design and provide input on usability early in the design phase
  • Deliver excellent User Experiences (UX) and responsive User Interfaces (UI) across all browsers and platforms
  • Design and develop REST APIs that can be consumed by the UI


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with software development
  • You should have expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and functional programming
  • Experience building .NET based server backends
  • Good understanding of the internals of Web protocols: HTTP, REST
  • You'll have a solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming.
  • Solid skills in troubleshooting and debugging JavaScript applications in multiple browsers.
  • Experience with one or more modern client-side frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
* * Experience with Microsoft SQL server

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for programming and learning new methodologies is a must
  • Financial industry and/or Investment Management systems experience
  • Experience creating pdf-based reports (layout and backend)
  • Experience with DevOps tools including git, Jenkins, and JFrog
  • Experience with Single Sign On via SAML

Salary Range: 100,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD annual
