Full-time / Marketing Coordinator
Your Impact
- Under close supervision, assists other marketing professionals and manager in coordinating all aspects of preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
- Assists with managing marketing systems and budgets, maintaining all marketing collateral, and supports communications initiatives.
- Supports the overall production of standard proposals/qualification and other marketing materials with general supervision
- Researches, gathers and edits proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information. Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff
- Supports technical staff in presentation phase of pursuit
- May support client engagement by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and may participate in client engagement team meetings
- May coordinate district communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, English, Marketing, Planning, or a related field
- 1-3 years minimum experience. Minimum of 1 year work experience in editing, proofing, and general layout
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, knowledge of business development procedures and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to handle several tasks, projects and monitor schedules
- Must have knowledge of procedures necessary to coordinate a standard proposal from onset to conclusion
