We're looking for a seasoned 

Sales Executive Assistant

 with extensive administration and lead generation experience. The

 Sales Executive Assistant

 is responsible for contacting new leads via phone calls and email, and scheduling appointments for discovery calls and product demonstrations. Detailed call and email scripts that are specific to the lead type will be provided by a supervisor. Each meeting shall be transcribed and a follow-up email shall be sent. Subsequent follow-up meetings will be scheduled as applicable. The 

Sales Executive Assistant

 shall record and report daily activities and results.

 US Time zone

Salary Rate (experience-based): 

$5-7/hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads Generation and Management:
    • Generate leads in various platforms
    • Manage the list of contacts/ leads
    • Perform outgoing phone calls to contacts/ leads
    • Email communication to contacts/ leads
    • Schedule and facilitate meetings with contacts/ leads
    • Manage the client/prospect onboarding
  • Appointment setting
  • Transcribe contents of meetings
  • Send follow-up emails
  • Schedule follow-up meetings as necessary
  • Provide daily activity and results report
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant
  • This is a customer-facing role. The right candidate must be comfortable speaking with customers via phone and also virtual meetings with their camera on.

  • Lead generation and appointment-setting skills are required.
  • Well-versed in apps and tools such as but not limited to Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM - PipeDrive, and Decisions for SAP Solutions.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal, with impeccable people skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and can handle multi-task
  • Self Starter, Dependable & Trustworthy
