Sr. Data Analyst: Marketing 🔥
- Design and monitor KPIs to identify developing trends across the product line with the goal to drive business decisions (extract, cleanse and model)
- Query and transform data from large datasets to produce insights, generate reports and inform decisions
- Build Power BI dashboards to enable a self-service environment
- Develop and write in-depth product analysis reports on end user behavior and other valuable market metrics
- Perform quality assurance on reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements across cross functional teams such as marketing
- Perform other duties as needed
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role; experience with consumer products is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in extracting, transforming, and analyzing large data sets using DAX and SQL
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise data visualization software
- Experience using M365 applications to draft executive level presentations
- Experience using Azure Synapse is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent email, telephone and virtual meeting etiquette
- Customer service orientated, ensuring needs are met in a timely fashion
- Ability to talk through a data problem and come up with a way to resolve challenges
- Ability to quickly analyze large data sets and draw inferences
- Ability to take opportunities for continuous improvement and implement documented process improvements
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently; demonstrated organization, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills
- Demonstrated strong ability to remotely work well within a team environment, or independently; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work and interact effectively with team members from other disciplines, cultures, and organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively inform and present ideas confidently and persuasively to peers and managers
- Ability to take initiative to ask questions, ask for help, or provide updates, without reluctance
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for working in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
