Compensation Range : $82,000 minimum, based on experience, plus bonus eligible

Manager Sales Support Strategic Accounts

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish business partner relationships with Tech RSD's to facilitate Technology sales opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins by offering more profitable products and solutions
  • Prepare reporting and analytics related to service level attainment on opportunity facilitation and resolution
  • Oversees the team’s preparation of customer bids and presentations to increase sales and enhance profitability
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales support associates
  • Perform all management activities to include hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, motivating, establishing KPIs, providing education on target opportunities/markets, disciplining, and recommending termination when necessary
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Interact with Sr Directors at OEM's and Distributors to push for better cost or availability of products

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT)
  • 5+ Years Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business selling environment
  • 2+ years of previous management experience in a multi-tiered, team-based sales organization

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Relevant experience in C-level communications
