Healthcare Recruiter and Business Development Manager 🔥


Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner and be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts for clinician recruitment, business development, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing digital, traditional, and event-based marketing plans for the above-mentioned business units, creating strategies that support the business and growth priorities. Functioning as the project lead and facilitating collaboration between the business units and the other areas of marketing, the Marketing Manager will focus on marketing initiatives and strategies which honor the doctor lead culture of Forefront Dermatology and grow its local clinics and overall footprint. This role will create measurable marketing plans and report outcomes and recommendations to key stakeholders. This position will support 3 specific teams; Clinician Recruitment, Business Development, and Talent Acquisition. The right candidate must be strategic, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare recruitment marketing experience and familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
Candidate must be located in the Midwest and able to travel monthly after training. Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong candidate lead generation program through digital, traditional, and event marketing; including, but not limited to candidate outreach, networking, websites, residency/fellowship programs, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, CRM database, and social media platforms to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Coordinate with client and other key stakeholders and physician leaders in understanding the needs to develop marketing plans, and establish priorities, building strategic direction for marketing efforts.
  • Clearly articulate and “sell” Forefront Dermatology’s Value Proposition to candidates and external parties, including culture, business strategies, talent management, and organizational / team structure and reward offering to increase awareness and interest in Forefront’s opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and Communications in developing, managing, and overseeing the marketing budgets.
  • Identify and manage the development and execution of end-to-end strategic marketing, supporting content development and related communications (i.e. Internet, print, direct mail, special events, collateral materials, social media, publications, internal communication vehicles, etc.) that produce high-quality work and measurable results.
  • Leverage and work collaboratively with internal and external resources, including creative services, digital services, market research/analytics, media relations, internal communications, physician relations, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Establish goals and marketing success measures for each project including the development of Creative Briefs for multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Work with analytics resources to pull reports to regularly access progress and identify opportunities to optimize channel marketing and improve patient experience.
  • Coordinate external special events related to specific business unit growth opportunities.
  • Build and execute a strong social media communication plan including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and similar. Regularly engage with social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn and career site(s) in the form of display, video, and webpage content, as well as regular audits.
  • Facilitate the creation of online content and the website user experience, improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of all digital properties within the candidate journey.
  • Attend events and onsite meetings as needed.
  • Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field is required.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment and/or business development marketing, communications, or related field, preferred.
3. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM implementation, management, and reporting.
4. Experience with marketing automation solutions like HubSpt, Pardot, Marketo, and Marketing Cloud, with the ability to implement, manage, and report on marketing campaign results.
5. Must have a strong track record in building and executing a strategic email marketing program, lead generation, and sales cycles.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Must be detail oriented.
2. Must possess knowledge in strategy development and managing creative for marketing and advertising campaigns; along with knowledge on web strategy, print, video, and electronic communications.
3. Must have strong project management skills.
4. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
5. Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
6. Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
7. Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
8. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public.
9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
10. Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
