Job description

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with experience in B2B social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok), as well as an interest in a mentorship opportunity to learn how to strategize and implement Account-Based Marketing campaigns. The right person for this role will have proven success developing and curating engaging social media content, and have some knowledge of marketing tools, like Canva and Hootsuite.

Previous roles working within a fully remote team + experience in B2B industry are a big plus!

This role will:

  • Work alongside our Audience Growth Manager to:
  • Create posts for our social media accounts and share organically.
  • Engage with our audiences across all platforms.
  • Strategize and run advertising campaigns — primarily on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Grow our audiences, boost our engagement and increase traffic to our website.
  • Increase brand awareness among our audience of retail executives and thought leaders + our client base of retail technology vendors.
  • Drive profitable social media growth that scales our client base and generates more leads for our clients.
  • Work alongside our Marketing, Demand Generation Manager to:
  • Learn how to develop and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, building target contacts lists, working alongside our marketing and sales team, and nurturing relationships.
  • Provide ongoing reporting & campaign insights.

The selected candidate is:

  • Interested in Account-Based Marketing and eager to work with our sales and marketing teams to strategize, execute and optimize campaigns for our clients.
  • Experienced in managing social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok).
  • Experienced using social media ad manager platforms, like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experienced using social media and marketing tools, such as Canva and Hootsuite.
  • Passionate about driving growth for our media company to succeed — and is open to learning new skills and tools.
  • Responsive, well organized, collaborative, and has excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Available during regular business days and hours: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work remotely full-time from a home office.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Experience working at a B2B company.
  • Experience working in a fully-remote team.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Apollo, Hubspot).

Job-Type

  • This is a full-time role
  • Location: Remote, Orlando - Ideally we're looking for someone who is based in the greater Orlando, FL area, but the role is fully remote
  • Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required to attend industry events or client meetings
  • Salary starts at $38,000 but can be negotiated based on experience
