We are looking for a Multinational Client Services Expert
Your Team Our Allianz Multinational team is a dedicated group of specialists, who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz Network and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our growth within Multinational. The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Operations Manager - Multinational, as a Multinational Client Services Expert, you are responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration and processing service for multinational insurance programs to underwriting, accounting, claims, credit control and brokers/clients. You are the multinational subject matter expert for the relevant line of business and will assist in upskilling team members.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
  • Handling programs and policies of high complexity (i.e., complex reinsurance panels, captives structures, high premium/visibility accounts).
  • Reviewing and interpreting source underwriting materials for completeness - including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files and accounts/claims experience – and, if required, escalate to Underwriter in case of missing information.
  • Providing recommendations to the Underwriter on multinational program structure (i.e., Deal support), steering of implementation globally (including providing instructions to all involved SOEs), reconciliation of all issues and addressing questions regarding cover and wording with the Underwriter.
  • Acting as mentor/trainer to team members and new joiners.
  • Collecting and providing relevant information for renewal/quotation to Underwriter, including suggesting next steps.
  • Using or providing (in case of renewal) all relevant information to accurately and efficiently prepare policy-set up and issuance, as well as booking preparation for new and renewed business.
  • Invoicing customers and producing all relevant documentation (e.g., policies, certificates, endorsements) to broker (or client), co-insurers, captives and re-insurers.
  • Liaise with other countries to drive process improvement and harmonization of operational tasks on global basis.
  • Handle new business multinational submissions independently and ensure a smooth program implementation for our brokers and clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate or specialty insurance;
  • Project work experience either on the project management side or as project member;
  • Experience in working in an international environment;
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office applications and experience with relevant business applications and systems;
  • Good understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages;
  • Advanced understanding of policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, and cancellation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail; and
  • Ability to train and coach staff.

The annualized base pay range for this role is $62,045 - $105,345. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AGCS total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
