Rtsm Customer Success Consultant 🔥
- Support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up.
- Be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project.
- Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects.
- Respond to inquiries about projects.
- Lead various project status and review meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ year degree or equivalent experience
- One+ years of experience in a customer support role
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated industry
- 1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
