Junior Digital Marketing Specialist 🔥


As the PPC specialist for PBSCO, this role will own a significant marketing budget and one of the biggest revenue sources for the company. Money. Power. Mwahaha.

You will love this job if you find yourself immersed in the flow of researching keywords, writing ad creative, making small tweaks with big changes, and the satisfaction of watching the numbers climb up and to the right.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, and has the support of other senior marketers and designers for ad creatives.

Day-to-day performance involves managing a six-figure adspend, optimizing ads, split testing ads, testing various creatives, research keywords, identifying relevant audiences, and improving the reach and performance of all paid platforms. You are a ninja, and you are here to ninja our paid ads to peak performance.

Goal

  • Increase SQLs and MQLs by 25% MoM
  • Increase number of paid ad conversions by 30% MoM
  • Optimize CTRs and CPC for Meta and Google Ads
  • Improve Google Ad quality score

Acts

  • Own and operate Google Ads, including writing the ad copy, collaborating with designers to produce the creative, identifying top performing keywords including competitor keywords and negative keywords, improving quality score, and increasing conversions.
  • Own and operate Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram, creating retargeting campaigns, split testing various iterations of the ads, identifying and expanding targets and lookalike audiences, and increasing conversions.
  • Own and operate TikTok ads, creating a campaign from the ground up and working closely with our social media team and sales teams to ensure seasonal relevance and alignment with campaigns.
  • Regularly audit and test ad variations across all platforms.
  • As needed, provide insight and strategy for email marketing, CRO, online conversions, landing pages, and other revenue opportunities.
  • You will always have the support and mentorship of seasoned marketers within the team, and will be expected to expand your skillset and cross-train in various marketing roles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in PPC
  • Google Ads experience, including ad copy
  • Meta Ads/paid social experience, including ad copy
  • Hubspot landing page creation
  • TikTok ads experience a plus
  • Shopify experience a plus
  • Email marketing a plus
