Social Media Strategist 🔥
- Manage Amplify’s cross-channel social media calendar, drafting original posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Engage new educators, existing customers, and other stakeholders on all of the company’s social media accounts.
- Support Amplify’s presence on YouTube and Pinterest in partnership with teams across the company.
- Scope new social media channel opportunities for the brand.
- Help create and implement organic social media growth plans specific to each channel.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to advise on social media strategies for campaigns and support special events with real-time social media engagement. Maintain great communication with stakeholders.
- Create monthly social media reports to showcase successes, learnings, and analytics.
- Launch new cross-product online communities with product marketing teams, offering content for group discussion and assisting with moderating as necessary.
- Draft, curate, and publish across a variety of online channels as needed.
- BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading social media initiatives and growing online communities.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with technology, including Google Docs, Sheets, and other publishing tools.
- Experience publishing across diverse social media channels.
- Experience using industry-standard social media publishing tools and strategies.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Experience proactively engaging with educators and connecting with them.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, good judgment, and tolerance for ambiguity.
