ABOUT THE JOB
The SVP, Group Creative Director, Health & Wellness is a Creative leader at Zeno with the rare mix of broad emotional storytelling and expertise/love of Health and Wellness category. Will be responsible for delivering the biggest, best-in-class multi-channel campaigns for top brands, growing new and existing business, and inspiring and guiding a team of designers, art directors, writers, producers, technologists. This candidate should love being in the work and be as comfortable putting pen to paper as they are providing creative counsel. This person will help grow our Creative capabilities and team in this specialty area.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Developing groundbreaking ideas in partnership with Account, Planning, and Project Management
    • Recognizing, developing, and championing great ideas
    • Managing everything from ideation to execution: driving media coverage, buzz, and brand engagement and measurement of success
    • Becoming an expert on client’s brand and category to develop work that is consistent with the brand’s personality and will differentiate the client from the competition
    • Completing projects of high quality on time and on budget
    • Leading engaging client presentations and galvanizing a room with Creative spirit and an expert point-of-view
    • Working with external agencies/vendors, as needed, to visualize and bring ideas to life through implementation
    • Leading all areas of the strategically aligned creative process including conceptual development, copy, art direction, design, and production – within new business and for existing clients
    • Building and mentor a team of top creative talent
    • Keeping up to date with innovative creative work across industries; share internal and external best practices with colleagues, inspiring others to be more creative and think in new ways to engage and entertain people

About You/Qualifications:

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law
    • 12+ years of relevant copywriting and concept development experience, preferably in an agency setting
    • Demonstrated experience of transforming the strategic opportunity into best-in-class, on-brand creative solutions
    • Full understanding of the production process for initiatives of various size, across multiple media platforms: web, mobile, experiential, social, video
    • Excels at crafting and presenting smart and sometimes complex creative solutions in a straightforward and lucid manner, no matter the audience
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers while also effectively collaborating with other internal and external teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of and passion for the role that PR and social media play in the overall communications marketing mix
    • In-depth understanding of brand management and the broader overall marketing mix
    • Winning attitude with a proven track record of building effective interpersonal relationships with direct reports, planning, strategy, account management, colleagues, leadership, and clients, while successfully navigating matrixed organizations
Pay range: $144,000 to $236,000/year USD An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
