Freelance Paid Media Specialist 🔥
What you'll be doing:
Campaigns creation and execution across Google (Search, YouTube, Display), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other ad platforms, ensuring cost effective spends, delivery, revenue, and impact
Coordinate asset trafficking with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely deliverables
Analyze performance and define optimization tactics to improve campaigns performance
Monitor, analyze, optimize, and produce campaign reports on a regular basis
Test and design individual campaign-level optimization strategies to improve ROAS and hit KPIs
Participate in internal campaign/marketing strategy planning

About you:
3-5 years of strong digital media buying and execution experience across key digital paid media channels, including but not limited to social platforms, google ads, video, and display
Strong analytical skills and savvy using Excel and Google Spreadsheet
Strong familiarity with keywords and big datasets
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Adwords
Fluent in campaign analysis and reporting across all standard paid media KPIs
Well-versed in ad platform-specific creative and performance best practices
Familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysis
Strong organizational and collaborative skills
Effective communicator who enjoys cross-functional projects
Thrives in environments that require a lot of contexts switching and managing multiple priorities
Previous experience in copywriting and marketing content production is a plus
Strong project management and communication skills, localization experience is a plus
Previous experience with Smartly, mParticle is a plus
