Ui/ux Web Developer πŸ”₯


CRI Advantage seeks the services of a skilled and experienced UI-UX Web Developer to assist with a variety of user experience, graphical user interface design, workflow development, and web development work.

The work will be 100% remote, or hybrid remote / onsite with our client in Boise who is modernizing its online and reporting services for various business applications and third-party authorized providers.

The contractor will work closely with our client developers, business subject matter experts, project coordinators, and data analysts to identify ways to improve the online customer experience by providing expertise in UI/UX, web design and page development, and workflow improvements needed to drive more customers to online services. The contractor will also provide their expertise to improve the Graphic User Interface (GUI) for the client's CRM-based in-house transactional system and help design client report layouts, which will help improve usability and scalability for our client users. The contractor may also work with our client communications team to assist with graphical design efforts and website redesign efforts.

DELIVERABLES


  • Technical web development and UI/UX expertise and collaboration with client technology and development teams
  • Design, develop, test, and implement online portal pages and website pages
  • Wireframes and mock-ups to demonstrate new workflows and GUI changes, with documentation outlining the pros and cons of recommendations, for client's online portal, transactional system, and reporting system
  • Template and report mock-ups to demonstrate design and layout strategies for client report outputs, correspondence, and other deliverables produced from our systems.
  • Content, either graphical or verbiage, for the assisting projects outlined in the Scope of Work above
  • Any other deliverables in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined above

SKILLS

The contractor must have:

  • At least four (4) years of recent experience in UI/UX design and web development, plus a related college degree or additional equivalent technical experience.
  • Expertise in user experience design, specifically to encourage self-sufficient and streamlined online e-commerce transactional experiences.
  • Good knowledge of computer graphic design techniques, design and desktop publishing software, and how the website interacts with other technology.
  • Experience creating and designing artwork and digital files using a web editor program that involves reading and writing the coding within documents, using graphics, content, and web tools.
  • Experience designing, coding, testing, and implementing web design pages and subcomponents.
  • Knowledge in web design tool security, administration, and upgrades.
