Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health develops, markets and sells leading brands that address the needs of consumer and health care professionals worldwide. Our portfolio of Baby, Beauty, Consumer Health Care and Over-the Counter products includes brands, such as: Johnson's Baby, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Listerine, Tylenol, Zyrtec, and more.

The Professional Sales organization within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a Professional Sales Operations Co-op (a six month, paid full time role). The Professional Sales team promotes the science of our consumer products to health care professionals nationwide. The team works across functions in the organization such as Marketing, Operations, Contracting, Finance, etc. to deliver business goals and develop future plans.

As a Professional Sales Operations Co-Op, you will become an integral part of the dynamic, fast paced Professional Sales team. You will be involved in sales related activities that may include the following responsibilities:

  • Track and report monthly team performance, activities, new product launches, etc.
  • Analyze data and deliver insights to understand business drivers and trends with professional customers and hospital Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales meetings and professional conventions
  • Align on key strategies and execute plan(s) to support key opportunities identified by the Professional Sales Leadership team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and ways to support the sales organization for expansion, order management, and more.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skill sets:

  • High level of motivation and quick learner.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for healthcare, sales, marketing and/or business analytics.
  • Leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm, passion, and clear focus.
  • Ability to create strong, shared working relationships and encourage creative solutions by effectively working through conflicts.
  • Ability to think strategically, to visualize what might or could be, as well as day-to-day strategic approach to issues and challenges.
  • Courage to do what is right and displaying sound judgment. Demonstrated strong academic and extra-curricular track record.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current undergraduate student (for the full six-month duration of the co-op program) in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a Business, Healthcare or Marketing focus.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 preferred
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residents US Work Authorization
  • Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Location:

Blend of remote and on-site at the two J&J Consumer campuses listed below is preferred, however fully remote is acceptable for the right candidate.

  • Skillman, NJ
  • Fort Washington, PA

The anticipated base pay range for this position is Sophomore $20/hr, Junior $21.25/hr, Senior $22.50/hr, Master’s degree $27.50/hr.
