Senior Channel Marketing Manager 🔥


The Role:
Blancco’s Global Marketing Team is searching for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager, with experience of owning channel marketing strategy and delivering world-class marketing programs, systems and processes to partners. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this position will assist our growing partner ecosystem in executing creative marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, and revenue. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Channel Marketing role and be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Director and Global Director of Channel to develop the channel marketing strategy, KPIs and budget, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and corporate marketing strategy.
  • Work directly with our global ecosystem of partners, from OEM’s, to GSIs, to distribution, and beyond, to develop and implement channel marketing campaigns and activities that align with the use case and needs of the individual partner.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are built to drive awareness and create demand for Blancco, both through education to the partner, as well as their end users.
  • Evaluate partner marketing activity, sharing insight and success metrics, and recommendations for continual improvement. Establish a reporting framework against agreed KPIs and analyse Return on Investment.
  • Contribute to, and oversee, all internal and external partner marketing content such as; campaign materials, sales enablement collateral, one-pagers, monthly newsletter comms, and beyond.
  • Manage our partner portal in terms of new content creation, partner engagement, and reporting.
  • Track market and channel trends and adjust channel marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee day to day channel marketing operations in both local and international markets.
  • Understand changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.
  • Line management, coaching and development of our Channel Marketing Executive.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B Senior Channel Marketing role, within the software industry
  • A strong understanding of the channel partner ecosystem, with experience of managing partner marketing specifically with GSIs, OEMs and MSPs
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and leading channel marketing strategy, and managing internal and external (agency) resources to deliver campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with ability to provide and implement solutions, drive projects through to completion and deliver clearly defined results
  • Prior experience of managing a small team
  • Continued professional development with regards to industry trends
  • Able to travel globally, when needed
  • Comfortable working remotely and across all time zones
