Job Description:

This position provides administrative support to Partners and Directors in the Consulting Business Unit. This position will require extensive people, communication, organizational, technical, and professional skills, and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects, and have a high level of focus on quality, accuracy and confidentiality in all work products and communications. Reports to Business Support Admin Leader and is a member of the Global Services (GS) Team.

  • Support strategic projects through implementation including change adoption, learning new systems, and developing, editing, and formatting communications and deliverables.

  • Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) research, data entry and updates.

  • Prepare and distribute various communications and create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and business reports including performing data analysis, summarizing trends, and providing recommendations.

  • Support client billing process by assisting with the preparation of monthly pre-bills, data analysis, receipt reconciliation, spreadsheets, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Develop, edit, and format correspondence, letters, presentations, proposals, and spreadsheets as well as .pdf files using Adobe Professional.

  • Research and document information using various Internet search engines and research sites.

  • Provide calendar management for client or business unit meetings, including administration, scheduling, and communication.

  • Assist with planning of client or internal meetings, webcasts, or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information, and preparing and distributing materials.

  • Provide assistance as it relates to planning and preparations for speaking engagements, committee involvement and events, including creation and preparation of written and spoken materials.

  • Assist with SharePoint site content management and administration.

  • Serve as a technology champion and early adopter to new applications, systems, and work tools to provide feedback and assist clients in acclimating to the new technologies.

  • Facilitate invoices through accounts payable process.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements through Concur booking tool or travel agents.

  • Evaluate and encourage process improvement to provide effectiveness and enhance service delivery.

  • Support various special projects from start to finish using Microsoft, database or web-based applications including working with others to ensure quality and timely completion.



Qualifications:

  • Five years or greater administrative experience supporting partners and directors in a professional services and/or consulting firm environment is required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, organizational development or related field.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications are required. Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Concur.

  • Experience with producing webinars and using meeting technology including audio visual equipment, industry software and web and video conferencing is required.

  • Working knowledge of using graphics, and ability to bring thought leadership and creativity to the content and design of presentations and materials.

  • Expertise with data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions and pivot tables.

  • Expertise using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.

  • Extensive administrative background with experience working on documents, reviewing for quality assurance, and managing administrative projects.

  • Professional presence and exceptional client service skills, exercising a high level of confidentiality in all work products and communications.

  • Highly effective presentation, meeting facilitation, and business writing skills including composition, proofing, and grammar.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization.

  • Demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities, and continuous learning with flexibility and easily able to adapt to changes.

  • Effective project planning, time management, and negotiation skills with a high energy level and ability to balance and prioritize projects while leveraging others to complete daily responsibilities and projects.

  • Highly effective problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills with ability with ability to guide or assist clients on use of software, tools, and processes, including leveraging technology to solve business problems.

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to manage data, identify and report trends and make recommendations.

  • Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Crowe, including brand standards and guidelines.



Additional Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible hours and schedule as needed based upon administrative and project work, meetings and events, and peak busy times.

  • Estimate an annual average of 5% overtime.

  • Ability to travel based on business need, training, or meetings.
