Job Description
- Overseeing daily business operations (in contact with teams and distributors across USA on day to day basis)
- Designing, developing implementing sales strategies and set goals for growth
- Recruit, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
- Evaluating performance and productivity of the teams
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Improving revenue through strong and profitable sales distribution network
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Creating sales forecast to optimize production orders and stock level
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities through R&D of new products
- Set policies and processes to scale up the business across USA
- Prepare regular reports for Headquarters’ top management
- Creating and implementing branding strategies to develop brand equity & awareness
Requirement:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA degree is highly preferred.
- Must have 3-5 years' experience in marketing for consumer-related products. (Apparel, Consumer goods)
- Must have ability to plan sales and marketing strategies.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong logical, analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
