About the role

Help Zillow define the future of real estate. We’re adapting quickly, building something great, and need your help to make it even better! • Monitor, analyze, and report on product marketing program performance and make recommendations to improve both the product offering itself and related marketing.
  • Lead new product definition and go-forward business plans with our business and product partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage customer understanding to craft a strategy that positions Zillow as a leader in the real estate category. Partner with product, marketing, and business leadership to ensure that we implement that strategy.

  • Partner with leadership to deeply understand the business including vision, near-term, and long term goals.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop cross-functional and cross-line of business GTM plans and campaigns. Partner with the marketing and product organization to implement the integrated marketing programs.
  • Support the annual marketing planning process to optimize and iterate on that plan throughout the year.
  • Own delivery of key business metrics measured against OKRs.
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external teams about our product features and their benefits.
  • Merge trends and other primary and secondary forms of research with business insights to make decisions and recommendations.
