What you’ll be doing:

RevenueWell is seeking an energetic, driven Senior Account Executive to join our incredibly successful Sales team. In this role you will partner with our Sales Development Representatives to drive new logo sales, increase upsell opportunities, and to provide dental practitioners, throughout the U.S., with a best in class, ADA endorsed, solution!

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of a growth oriented, forward-thinking organization
  • Thrive while managing the entire sales process from Lead Generation to Closure
  • Build, maintain, and manage a healthy pipeline within a designated territory
  • Focus on solution selling with partner reps, forming an integrated territory strategy to grow business
  • Coordinate sales activities with other field reps and managers
  • Lead sales presentations and consultations on RevenueWell solutions
  • Attend company meetings as necessary to provide progress updates
  • Attend industry events to increase your knowledge base, exposure, and lead flow
  • Utilize your creativity and business acumen to drive customer facing activities to increase engagement and to maintain relationships
  • Stay educated on current industry trends
  • Develop functional knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Engage in leadership activities – i.e. Mentor less experienced Account Executives to grow within their role
  • Provide feedback and guidance on sales process/procedures
  • Meet and exceed Sales revenue targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a similar field
  • Proven ability to build a strong pipeline while closing business
  • Demonstrated understanding of Value Selling
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Experience performing in-depth online demonstrations
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably, but not limited to, SAAS/software sales.
  • Experience in prospecting/hunting
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM (SalesForce preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Leadership capabilities
  • Most important, someone driven with the go-getter attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit to become 1% better every day
