Job Description


Join Publicis Groupe’s Global Operations team in a strategic internal facing role to manage our client facing operations marketing collateral and pitching process for top clients. At Publicis we continue to invest heavily in our operational approach that enables our clients to maximize how each part of the end-to-end marketing ecosystem can flawlessly deliver end to end global marketing orchestration. In this role, you will work to ensure our global operations solutions are represented appropriately internally and to clients, and successfully delivered on time through the application of marketing principles and program management methodology. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to our global operations marketing and pitch initiatives. It is an all-encompassing job that requires a high-level view of various moving parts, such as stakeholders, and deadlines, while also maintaining extreme attention to detail. This role will own two key areas: 1) marketing initiatives including collateral development, design, ongoing management, etc., and 2) project management of pitch deliverables as the key liaison between our global operations strategy team, other Publicis agency stakeholders and clients to ensure we are meeting our commitments. This includes oversight of full project lifecycle from pitch to implementation with the ability to manage multiple project tracks and teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee our Global Operations marketing initiatives (e.g., marketing collateral, newsletters, SharePoint maintenance, central library, etc.) to grow our operational offering, factoring in our team’s long-term vision and goals.
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing initiatives and pitch projects
  • Development and tracking of project plans
  • Creation of project deliverables
  • Scope management
  • Assesses and manages project risk
  • Definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Ensures there is a consistent application of marketing and project management methodologies and standards
  • Understands key business and operations needs for our clients to translate into marketing collateral
  • Maintains marketing and pitch collateral, library, project tracking, and status dashboards
  • Provide direction and quality assurance checks on marketing deliverables across our global operations collateral
  • Create and/or maintain SOPs, checklists, and other documentation to support clear communication and optimized pitch project planning and delivery
  • Provides purpose, direction, and motivation to team - clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
  • Develops strong and enduring business relationships with senior and mid-level executives
  • Manages peer-level internal relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, feedback, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure successful marketing collateral development and pitch project planning/ tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you MUST be able to build crisp and concise PowerPoint slides to communicate a story.

Qualifications
  • 4-7 years marketing and/ or project management experience in successfully delivering media and marketing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to craft, define and design marketing collateral based on key goals
  • Advanced PowerPoint and design skills – you will need to create your own slides and design them
  • You can pick things up quickly, aren’t afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and are proactive with your communication. You’re a driven problem solver.
  • You excel at balancing being thorough and efficient in a 100% remote work environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are a must! Our team is always evolving so this job will continue to evolve and change as our needs change.
  • You have an internal drive and strong organization and prioritization skills so you can exceed expectations with limited supervision.
  • Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with SCRUM/Agile and hybrid methodologies with enterprise-level application

Experience Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in Media or Advertising
  • Experience working with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets or equivalent
  • Experience with project planning methodologies (e.g., Scrum, agile, etc.)
