Located in San Francisco, we are a lean asset management firm specializing in providing digital and crypto services for investors. We just raised our 20 million series A funding and are expanding and growing our business a ton!
We are looking for a sharp Customer Service Associate who is going to have a sharp background in handling tickets and customer service. Your experience will include collecting feedback from customers, building rapport, as well as transferring information to our internal team. Working with APIs is a MUST!
