What Are We Looking For?

Waldo is looking for a Content Marketing Manager who’s a compelling communicator and thrives in a fast-paced environment, creating great content across platforms and mediums. This is a highly impactful position and thus Waldo is looking for a self-starter, a creative problem solver, and someone who wants to embody Waldo’s voice and tone. You will be an integral part of our overall growth plans and contribute to our efforts to discover new and innovative ways to drive customer acquisition. Our ideal Content Marketing Manager can relate to the problem we are solving and speak to both our business and consumer customers while executing content across a variety of channels. We’re highly collaborative and seeking an individual who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and build incredible things from the ground up.


  • Highly proficient long form and short form writer who can adopt Waldo’s voice and tone and effectively communicate the company’s brand positioning and messaging to a varied set of audiences
  • Ideate and brainstorm content ideas supportive of Waldo’s brand development and customer acquisition
  • Develop (and execute) an editorial calendar for Waldo’s emails, blogs, and social channels
  • Develop (and execute) white papers, infographics, and case studies supportive of Waldo’s sales efforts
  • Write and issue press releases and pursue media coverage of them
  • Support product team with website and product related copy
  • Support sales and operations teams with sales and marketing collateral.
  • Design and create digital and print assets for ads, emails, social posts, and print collateral
  • Manage email nurture campaigns

  • Solid team player and great communicator
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver content with high velocity in a constantly evolving environment
  • Resilience when faced with challenges and curiosity of the unknown
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of content marketing experience; preferably with startup experience
  • Success in driving quantifiable business results in a highly dynamic and complex environment
