Job Description


Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Designer who has a passion for creating incredible experiences, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and UX skills. This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to create product experiences they love. Our designers come from a diverse set of skills and backgrounds - design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go.

You will generate concepts and digital experiences that exceed expectations, and work with developers to deliver those concepts with a seamless fit and finish. This position requires a proven record in visual design and UX, for the web, particularly for the marketing of major brands.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver work from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect designs
  • Play a key role in creative brainstorming on a wide range of digital experiences
  • Partner with our internal team and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements
  • Champion mobile-first, consumer-centered design
  • Design for global audiences, considering localization and translation
  • Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences
  • Sell your vision and creative solutions by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally while being able to precisely articulate design rationale
  • Contribute and help develop a best-in-class design system for ServiceNow.com.
  • Work closely with the Brand team and other ServiceNow product design teams to ensure a harmonious integration of the brand into digital experiences across all touchpoints
  • Partner with the research team to develop an understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development
  • Create interactive prototypes and micro animations that communicate and delight
  • Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish
  • Analyze current UX experiences and collect UX competitive
  • Keep up with current UX and design trends

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing for large and notable websites
  • Fluent in digital design & marketing, preferable with a background in marketing/comm
  • Strong hybrid skillset in both visual design and UX
  • Expert in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Experience in sharing ideas and presenting solutions to Sr. management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design process
  • Incredible eye for detail and obsessively meticulous
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating clean, inspired work
  • Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and take initiative to solve problem
