Position: Sr. Strategist, Global Product Commercialization
Your job:

As part of the Product organization, develop new product strategies, partnerships, go to market approaches and highlight features to decrease customer effort and increase revenue capture opportunities. Proactively identifies and resolves Sales, CS and commercialization issues before they arise. Lead competitive analysis, and incorporate this insight into developing product offerings and features we can take to market with minimal supervision. Understands drivers of ambiguity and reassess decisions or analysis when additional insight becomes available. Prioritize high-potential product initiatives and determine which others should be revised, iterated or deprioritized, with support from your manager. Become the go-to resource for broad teams (sales, CS, finance, etc.) on commercialization and product topics; can assess implications of new systems / processes for the product. In doing so, have the ability to recognize and prioritize opportunities to enhance product value or efficiency externally or internally. This will include translating these into specific product features and capabilities, including in go-to-market strategy and ability to take action to fill these gaps

To do this, analyze data with spreadsheet software (i.e. vlookups and pivot tables) and database query experience (e.g. SQL). Use Python to construct analyses and leverage disparate data sources to understand all aspects of strategic opportunities. Generates insights across multiple datasets to convey recommendations, while understanding gaps and imperfections in data sources and the impact on analysis / insights. Analyses will recommend optimal approaches to drive improvements in processes and reduce customer and internal stakeholder efforts. Practices clear, succinct top-down communication that provides leadership clear direction on decisions required and gives the appropriate context needed to frame those decisions. Speaks assertively, accurately and communicate complex issues in a straightforward way

What's required:

  • 3+ Project and stakeholder management experience
  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related fiel
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Product, Strategy, Consulting or other related function
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with a Sales team or Customer Success team in a professional environment
  • PowerPoint experience (level: proficient)


What's nice to have:
  • 3+ years of experience working in the Tech Industry - AdTech, Digital Media and/or Recruiting / Staffing industry preferred
  • 2+ years of experience using Python or SQL
  • 2+ years of experience using either Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or Tableau
  • Bonus: Experience with sales-force driven business models
  • Bonus: Experience with scaling international products
