Your daily tasks will include
-
Participates in all phases of software development from requirements gathering to maintenance;
-
Researches and implements best design practices and principles;
-
Provides estimates and assists the team leader in defining deadlines for the development of a new product and/or an improved version of an existing product;
-
Contributes to design systems and enforces design principles and standards;
-
Designs and tests with users on the design of larger software components;
-
Analyzes the performance of implemented solutions in order to understand the bigger picture;
-
The research evaluates and recommends new technologies and tools;
-
Proposes and executes refactoring of design files, and system design for larger and/or more complex software components;
-
Provides mentoring support to Juniors and Mediators in solving technical and user problems;
-
Organizes the necessary education for the development of designers, but also the entire company in terms of design.
Responsibilities

Organizes and conducts design and other meetings as necessary;
-
Responsible for user experience design of multiple components;
-
Constantly improving his knowledge in the field of user experience design (technologies, principles, design practices);
-
Implementing his individual development plan which is defined in agreement with that leader;
-
Maintaining constructive collaboration with designers, writers, QA, and software engineers;
-
Effective implementation of the mentoring plan.
Min. 5 years of experience
in UX/UI design at a product-based company that is building digital products;Strong visual design skills
with aportfolio
that we would like to review :);- Excellent
communication skills
and the ability to clearly explain your design decisions; - A
proven track record of developing high-quality UX/UI
for web and mobile applications; - Have an always learning
Β mindset.
You sharpen and hone your skills by reading books, taking online courses, watching videos, or reading blogs; Passionate
about UX/UI design;Experience with
A/B Testing

Bonus points for:
- Experience with Ionic and Google material UI component library;
- Worked with Figma on big projects with 100+ design files;
- DesignOps in the sense of design systems, libraries, tokens, storybooksβ¦
