Senior Copywriter 🔥
- Demonstrate a talent for conceptualizing and writing copy that is behavioral, strategic, and supports client goals
- Partner with an Art Director to generate ideas and produce compelling copy that is aligned to the proposed design
- Collaborate with various disciplines in behavioral science, strategy, technology, and account teams to seek additional guidance
- Demonstrate an ability to write to behavioral concepts
- Demonstrate ability to write to for multiple communication channels (print, digital, social, voice, etc)
- Possess a flare for language, a passion for the written word, and the desire to learn and grow
- Work well under tight deadlines and juggles multiple jobs at once
- Demonstrate curiosity and a need for intellectual engagement
- Have 4 to 6 years of experience writing content in a professional setting (agency and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred)
- Adherence to general company security and compliance requirements
- Create content that has a compelling narrative and story flow, pulls through behavioral and strategic insights, and fulfills strategic plans provided by clients and project leadership teams
- Promote creativity by conceptualizing and brainstorming innovative brand experiences
- Present work confidently, provide copy rationale, and defend work in creative reviews
- Give and receive feedback constructively and thoughtfully
- Research, analyze, and interpret data from approved resources
- Perform basic proofing/editing on all copy, paying strict attention to details of the combined product of copy and art
- Prepare materials for med-legal submission
