A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WORK-FROM-HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST / DISPATCHER

As a work-from-home Customer Service Specialist / Dispatcher, you ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Working from home, you answer phones, schedule follow-ups, and complete other necessary administrative tasks on the computer. Even though you don't meet customers in person, your warm, friendly smile comes through over the phone and leaves a lasting impression.

First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher. You receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WORK-FROM-HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST / DISPATCHER

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service or dispatch experience
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Understanding of proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • This is a remote position, but we do require that you live in the Florence area

Familiarity with the plumbing trade would also be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of the job!
