Highly experienced Sales professional having 6+ years of experience in the 3PL / Warehousing / Logistics / E-Commerce / Factory Automation / Distribution Automation industry for U.S..

Should be very well versed with the work flow of Warehousing and Logistics.

This B2B sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with existing and new partners and distributors.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ü Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services, solutions and products.

ü Requires consultative-selling skills.

ü Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.

ü Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.

ü Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.

ü Provide account management to an existing territory.

ü Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.

ü Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

ü Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.

ü Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.

ü Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.

ü Makes product appeal to the target market.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

ü Must be a self-starter.

ü Must be able to demonstrate sales record (4 to 5+ years) at a high level of achievement.

ü Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: 3PL / Warehousing / Logistics / E-Commerce / Factory Automation / Distribution Automation.

ü Analytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.

ü Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

ü Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.

ü Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Target Market Analysis.

ü Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanour.

ü Persistent and Flexible in work.


Travel

Extensive travel required for meeting Customers and Channel Partners / Distributors in U.S..
