We’re looking for a talented M365 Developer to add their value to the applications and support the maintenance of existing apps. Responsibilities:

  • Setup, maintain, support operations for M365 technologies, including Azure, SharePoint, PowerPlatform and Cloud Security.

  • Gather business requirements for SharePoint Sites, Automation, Apps, and Power BI Reports from Stakeholders

  • Convert business requirements into technical requirements

  • Specialize in creating scripts using Python and PowerShell.

  • Analyze and socialize latest features and Implement them

  • Draft Business and Technical Requirements documentation

  • Design existing and new SharePoint Sites using SharePoint Classic, Modern, and fully branded templates

  • Develop SharePoint Applications and Workflows using SharePoint capabilities, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Workflows

  • Create technical design documents and specifications on change requests and assignments within a project

  • Provide consultancy to business units for detailed information on data availability, location, lineage, and quality

  • Assist SharePoint, Nintex, and PowerPlatform users and developers with simple to complex issues

  • Manage the resolution of major incidents and any escalated problems for M365

  • Collaborate with internal and/or external resources, providing technical expertise for M365

  • Work in an a very agile environment and maintaining cadence and quality

  • Build and implement governance controls and policies across the M365 platform

  • Advocate the use of M365 and be an evangelist for Digital Workspace Adoption

Requirements:

  • Experience with M365 technologies, including Azure Services, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Security, and integration

  • Experience scripting with PowerShell or Python

  • Experience gathering business requirements and converting technical requirements

  • Experience designing existing and new SharePoint Sites using HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Workflows

  • Experience designing and developing data models, datasets, reports, and visualizations using Power BI

  • Experience assisting M365, SharePoint, Nintex, and Power BI users and developers with troubleshooting and managing escalated issues

  • Experience with 3rd party tools and integrations

  • Ability to balance priorities and workload across multiple projects as needed

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • BS in IT or Computer Science preferred

Salary Range: $110,600.00 - $199,100.00
