Job Summary
- Leads the marketing campaign strategy for Farmers products and prospect/customer facing programs across various lines of business including Personal Lines, Life, Specialty, Business Insurance and Claims.
- Oversees the development of roadmaps for major marketing initiatives and the management of complex projects from start to finish.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages client/partner relationships across the company in order to understand their needs, goals and challenges.
- Serves as internal product strategy expert, developing an in-depth understanding of the products in order to represent clients to the internal agency team.
- Takes ownership for overall client satisfaction as the face of the internal agency.
- Develops strategic client relationships by understanding the products and business they drive.
- Leads the intake, discovery, and prioritization of Marketing requests from the enterprise and prioritization/sizing of campaigns.
- Oversees and refines workflow to ensure efficient delivery.
- Drives collaboration and alignment across Marketing in the build-out of integrated promotional programs.
- Recommends resource investment levels based on projected impact to the enterprise to include channels such as web, email, social, direct mail, and mobile applications.
- Manages a team who serve as day-to-day contacts with clients and project manage marketing plans, coordinating resources to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinates research to inform planning and analysis of campaign results.
- Provides recommendations based on research and analytics.
- Works closely with consumer research team to gather insight that drives strategy and validates tactics.
- Partners with analytics teams to provide post-campaign analysis that quantifies marketing impact.
- Regularly communicates results to internal clients, the marketing team, and broader enterprise as appropriate.
- Leads cross-functional discussions about recommended next steps, if any.
- As our lead product marketer, manages the development of and maintaining current proof points and messaging architectures to ensure consistency across channels.
- Leads the effort of integrating Farmers national advertising campaigns into assigned channels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required preferably with an emphasis in business or marketing.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum seven years relevant, professional job experience in Marketing, project management, and experience managing or leading a team. Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred.

- Solid understanding of return on investment analyses and financial acumen.

- CO Only: The pay range for this job being performed in CO would be $117k - $155k
