One of IDR’s top clients in the is seeking a Knowledge Writer to join their team! This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities of the Knowledge Writer:
· Writing content to populate the end client’s HR Knowledge Base with thorough and clear materials to help employees deliver the best HR practices
· Creating guides and forms while aligns with specific templates
· Directing and managing the full lifecycle of writing projects including topic discovery, interviewing and workshopping with SME’s, and drafting content
· Utilizing ServiceNow for approvals and publishing
· Writing content in all areas of HR including operations, HRIS, benefits, compensation, mobility, employee life cycle, payroll, and billing etc
Required skills/experience of the Knowledge Writer:
· 3+ years professional experience in journalism, management or communications
· Bachelor’s Degree or related experienced in knowledge management, journalism, English or communications
· Experience writing content focused in the HR realm.
· Experience writing and editing original content
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
