Customer Service Representative High Tech 🔥
The PromptCare Companies, Inc., a regional leader in high tech respiratory, oxygen and enteral nutrition services in the home, is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our inbound and outbound Customer Service Center. We are looking for a customer service professional who can service the needs of our referral sources and patients in a professional and friendly manner. The winning candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, and the ability to do so efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and be a self-motivated, energetic, proactive, organized individual who can learn quickly and make an immediate impact.
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Location: REMOTE - PA / NJ / NY / MA / OH / KY / DE / MD
Summary of Key Job Function:
The CSR processes inbound orders from our referral sources and requests for assistance from our patients through a variety of mediums, including: inbound and outbound client calls, faxes, e-mails, and online ordering portals. The successful candidate must become proficient in the use of our enterprise system to enable the accurate processing of new patient orders and re-orders for existing patients.
Requirements:- Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills
- Must have the skills and willingness to become proficient on our order processing enterprise software system. Training will be provided.
- Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite
- Must have a strong work ethic and desire to serve our referral sources and patients
Essential Job Functions:
- Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) patient admissions and re-supply orders for a
ventilator dependent patient population
- Develop working knowledge of Brightree, MedForce, Microsoft Office, McKesson, Tele-
Data Solutions applications
- Deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Provide our clients with timely and accurate information, and take appropriate corrective
actions regarding our services to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction
- Process telephone calls and triage problems in accordance with company standards and
other verbal and written training policies
- Follow proper procedures for accurate and timely documentation of referral source or
patient concerns, and most importantly, take appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain strong knowledge of PromptCare’s policies and procedures and stay in
compliance at all times
- Maintain compliance to all applicable laws and regulations at all times
- Project a positive attitude, and participate in PromptCare’s employee activities
Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attend team meetings and teleconferences as needed
- Ability to lift a minimum weight of 25 pounds, and able to perform repetitive standing,
sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, typing and use full range of body motions
