Marketing Director 🔥
Overview
This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate can work in San Diego.
Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr
Looking for a part-time (20hrs/week) Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will work with a San Diego based marketing agency focused on creating the best client experiences.
The Marketing Director's Job Responsibilities:
- Work with agency owner to implement agency annual, quarterly, and monthly objects and goals
- Work with the agency owner to provide insight and recommendations for the agency growth and development
- Manage agency SOPs, Asana, tools and processes to ensure team success
- Help provide direction and support to the team
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Weekly 1:1 with marketing managers
- Review managers work and help keep them on deadline
- Reviews with partners and helps with issues and concerns
- Understand the client's goals and objectives
- Quarterly reviews for the client and look at areas of opportunities and weaknesses
- Onboards new client
- Provide reviews and recommendations on content
- Manages client meetings & communications for creative
- Manages video topics and scripts with client
- Writes video scripts
- Manages client expectations and works with the client to clearly outline the creative vision and needs
- Provides a clear outline with the script talking points and the creative to be included in editing.
- Educates the client on the editing process and how rounds of edits will be managed
- Review of current activities, KPIs, ROI, client goals and objectives on a monthly and quarterly bases
- Provide insight and ideas on client activities
- Bring to the attention of the senior team any issues or opportunities for clients’ marketing programs.
- Manages the SOW requirements and budget
- Manages the client timelines and workback schedule
- Setup and manage client digital folders, Asana projects and tasks track and prepare semi-annual client reports
- Works with the fulfillment team project manager to execute the client video or outsourced SOW
- Runs client meetings and prepares meeting agendas, send follow-up notes and action items to the client and team
- Works with strategy and fulfillment teams to get input and data needed to manage reports, recommendations, and adjustments for client SOW
- Identifies the different video phases for the fulfillment team
- Oversees editing with the client to avoid scope creep
- Communicates with the Fulfillment team to maintain order in editing and provided feedback on video edits for the Fulfillment team lead
