Social Media Manager 🔥


Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Social Media Manager. In this role you will report to Linkwell’s Director of Social Media and work with the editorial team to deliver high-quality social copy and improve social media performance for the biggest names in healthcare.

In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:

  • Advise Linkwell clients on organic and paid social media strategies for each platform

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with counterparts at client organizations

  • Partner with the Linkwell editorial team to come up with creative ideas that bring the content to life in unique ways for each client



In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

  • Plan, manage, and schedule engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok

  • Write and optimize social media copy (language, tone, message) based on the client’s target audience’s behaviors and performance

  • Increase brand awareness and readership by using relevant marketing techniques

  • Build and manage paid Facebook campaigns to reach clients’ goals

  • Manage social media campaign budgets and adjust/optimize as needed, providing key recommendations

  • Work with the analytics team to interpret social metrics and identify key social media successes and opportunities

  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

  • Manage the client approval process for social media content, including making edits to copy, graphics, and communicating updates with key team members

  • Keep updated on social media trends and new social platform updates to inform strategy



Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role

  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices

  • Familiarity with social media paid advertising, specifically Facebook Ads Manager

  • Experience with creating social videos (reels and TikToks) and animations with platforms like Canva

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills

  • Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
