Job Duties

  • Design and execute graphics and content for marketing communications to support ATGuild initiatives and Graphic Design Manager.
  • Primarily a ā€œProduction Designerā€ role with a heavy emphasis on production using existing templates and current company graphic design standards.
  • Will serve as associate level graphic designer with direction and assignments from Graphic Designer Manager (creative lead/senior graphic designer).
  • Collaborate with other departments to assure correct information and approval for graphic design materials.
  • Create design materials for email marketing campaigns when needed.
  • Design focus should be on consistent brand image for graphics published by ATGuild for all marketing materials.
  • Attention to detail on all materials provided by touring companies, ensuring the use of proper logos, brand standards and other specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics Department (Graphics & Emails) members to stay innovative and inspire creative work for ATGuild.
  • Keep up to date on research for new marketing trends and design software.
  • Fulfill other creative tasks as assigned by the Graphic Design Manager.

Position Requirements:

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field - or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong Understanding of/and Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite

(Especially Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)

  • Ability to create quality designs in high volume, often with fast turnaround - focus on production design vs creative design
  • Follow the policies as stated in our employee handbook
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to be proactive and innovative
  • Desire/willingness to learn and grow design skills, learn new methods, etc.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard for up to 8 hours a day.
  • The employee is often required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, crawl, kneel, or crouch.
  • This position requires working indoors with controllable environmental condition and temperature.
  • This position requires the employee to talk and hear. Requires face-to-face discussions with individuals and teams, opportunity to make decisions without supervision, mistakes are not easily correctable and have serious consequences that impact the results of co-workers, customers or the company.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • Employee will spend prolonged hours in front of computer screens.

Pay: $18.27 - $20.20 per hour
