Job Details:

The Mathews Agency is looking for people who have the desire to be their own boss working remotely.

This is a remote 10-99 commission position with residuals and overrides.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-driven, self-motivated individual to work in a professional business environment. You will be provided with the best industry training and the support needed. You will be meeting with clients over the phone by zoom or by phone and tailoring financial services to what our clients families need. Our consultants book appointments with clients by using a no cold calling or door knocking system that eliminates cold prospecting clients.

The people who succeed in this business are driven, teachable, hungry for change, humble, have good interpersonal skills, love to help customers with their needs, love to help others succeed, and are willing to do the work needed to reach their goals. We provide ongoing mentoring and training programs to help you reach your goals.

Requirements:

No Experience is necessary.

This position requires a Life Insurance License. If you do not currently have a license, we can help you obtain one if you are selected.

Bi-lingual or multi-lingual abilities are a plus but not required.
