The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for running all email channel marketing that is essential to achieving ZoomCare’s retention goals and delivering personalized experiences to our customers. You will partner with our Director of Marketing & Ecommerce and our Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to formulate, develop and execute the roadmap and strategy for our email marketing programs. Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, as you will be the Marketing department subject matter expert for using customer data to measure the program’s effectiveness while ensuring privacy compliance and following protocols.

Some Highlights:

  • Manage the email & SMS channel marketing processes from campaign planning, project management, creative review meetings, A/B testing, audience segmentation, scheduling deployments, and sharing in-depth analysis of campaign results using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with Marketing, Creative, Retail and other partners across the organization ensuring compelling story-telling, relevant content and best-in-class creative are present throughout our communications
  • Lead our CRM program at ZoomCare including managing budget and partnering with our external vendors, our legal team and technology teams to ensure customer privacy, data controls, and proper implementation.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 2 years of experience working on email and customer retention marketing campaigns
  • Experience personalizing email templates and knowledge of best practices for email & mobile marketing
  • Experience with campaign automation and knowledge of the data requirements to support CRM programs
  • Awareness of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau are a plus
  • Familiarity with HTML and AMPscript is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills- you will be working with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Must be located in the Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, or Colorado area
