Marketing Copywriter 🔥
- Develops persuasive, high-impact copy for a variety of media types, including, but not limited to, web, video, social, print, and digital.
- Works with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other Paychex departments to strategically position Paychex products. Understands competitor and customer information to clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Contributes to the content planning process by driving alignment between the needs of key audiences/segments and the business.
- Partners closely with marketing partners to be a brand steward to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging/story across multiple initiatives and programs.
- Researches industry trends to plan, produce, and analyze the written content created to develop strategic and effective marketing communications. Provides product expertise and high-impact copy for all media types, including print and digital. Works with a theme or concept and develops copy that will drive, achieve and/or exceed business goals.
- Manages, develops, and adapts workflow processes to ensure delivery of content is accurate and on time.
- Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
- 5 years of experience with an in-house marketing department or advertising/communications agency.
- Proven exemplary writer, with experience writing for social, video, and/or SEO.
