As a Nonprofit CRM expert, you have extensive experience in using, managing and upgrading digital applications for nonprofit fundraising, community-building and communications.  At iMission, you will have the opportunity to combine your experiences to allow many different types of nonprofits to accelerate their digital journey. You know to measure your success in terms of improved donor relations, enhanced client services, and increased staff effectiveness.

This position requires:

  • Solid understanding of fundraising and development operations.
  • Deep experience with the Salesforce (SF) Nonprofit Cloud.
  • Strong data management skills, with a detailed commitment to data integrity and security. 
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn new systems, technologies, and ways of working
  • Keen interest in helping develop the workflows and processes that make nonprofit teams more productive and proactively more responsive to their stakeholders.
  • Passion for working to create a better tomorrow for all.

Preferred but not required experience includes:

  • Migrating data to Salesforce from another CRM (e.g. Raiser's Edge).
  • Pardot (Marketing Account Engage), Marketing Engage or Mailchimp
  • Application Integration (e.g. Classy, Blackthorn, Conga)

Because much of the work is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people are very important. The ability to collaborate with peers and clients, while building consensus is also critical for success.
