About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. The Graphic Designer will work directly with the Creative Design and Marketing teams to concept, design, develop, and implement all-digital, print or video related marketing materials and communications that support the brand strategy. Above all, we want someone who can develop solutions that are visually true to our brand, ensuring these creatives are of the highest quality that adhere to our evolving business goals.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Participate and collaborate in conceptual development and design ideation with the marketing team to help define creative strategy.
  • Maintain and update brand style guides and ensure brand consistency across output.
  • Extend the visual brand of RSF across various mediums with visual design, illustration, photography, iconography, web design, video, and print.
  • Contribute as a skilled visual designer to create marketing content for websites, landing pages, emails, sales collateral, and signage.
  • Apply creative layout solutions to presentation slides.
  • Duties also include resizing of assets and imagery, color correction, and layout.
  • Manage design process from concept development to creative direction to production-ready art. Duties include color correction, resizing of assets and imagery, design, layout, metadata, and asset management
  • Upload assets to the DAM using built-in tools and apply metadata for all types of creative assets while following metadata best practice and guidelines.
  • Maintain file-naming conventions and metadata standards across multiple digital asset categories.
  • Own the ongoing ingestion, organization, and maintenance of the DAM, ensuring that duplicate, non-compliant, and obsolete files are archived and sunset in a timely manner.
  • Oversee rights-management details (internal use only, stock-licensing agreements, talent usage, etc.)
  • Incorporate brand look and feel in authentic way for use in social media assets.
  • Edit and publish on-brand social videos and images.
  • Monitor and stay on top of emerging trends in social media, culture and applications and apply learnings to content creation.
  • Share responsibility with UI/UX Design Manager on daily operation tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field
  • 5+ years of integrated graphic design experience, including web, email, video, and print.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or AEM
  • Advanced-level creative skills that blends a compelling mix of design and data communication
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a modern design aesthetic and excellent use of typography
  • Ability to strategize and create content from concept to completion
  • Experience in digital asset management, asset uploads, and metadata
  • Good organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Builds files to specifications with great accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interprets feedback positively and uses it to grow and improve.
  • Aware of current industry and technology standards.

FLSA Exemption Status: Salaried (Exempt)

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
