Job summary
AWS Control Tower is hiring Software Development Engineers! AWS Control Tower offers prescriptive guidance for customers to set up a landing zone, an AWS environment with multi-account structure, identity and access management (IAM), workflows to provision compliant accounts, and pre-configured architectures for network design, cross-account logging, and audit control, in which they can deploy their secure and compliant workloads. Workloads deployed in the landing zone are continuously governed by AWS Control Tower’s “Guardrails”, pre-packaged governance rules for security, operations, and compliance that customers can select and apply enterprise-wide or to specific projects.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,700/year in our lowest geographical market, up to $h213,800/year in our highest geographical market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
