Delivery Solutions - a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS - is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Strategic Account Manager to close new revenue in the rapidly changing world of E-commerce where same day delivery is now the norm. This is an opportunity for gatherers who thrive in cultivating existing relationships with our top clients. This is a position focused on increasing wallet spend with our existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients at all levels
  • Engage existing customers to define their goals and ensure the company meets them
  • Manage sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to communicate goals, deadlines and project requirements throughout the customer journey

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Inside Sales experience with a clear track record of achievement
  • SaaS sales experience preferred selling to Enterprises.
  • Expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
  • Excellent demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, devotion to systems, repeatability, efficiency and measurement
  • High technical acumen, an early adopter
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week
