INTRODUCTION
gotoPremiumFinance, the retail lending division of Input 1 is seeking a Remote Premium Finance National Sales Manager to build and run a sales team for this group. gotoPremiumFinance delivers the most comprehensive financial solutions to the insurance marketplace. This individual will have active involvement in the continued build out of this sales team that will be strategically located throughout the United States. This position will work closely with CEO and Executive VP of sales in all aspects of the development, and execution of the gotoPremiumFinance National Expansion plan.
gotoPremiumFinance Remote National Sales Manager - Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and hire high preforming BDO talent to join the gotoPremiumFinance team
- Attend local, regional, and national networking events & conferences to promote gotoPremiumFinance’s national expansion, and brand to prospective clients
- Ultimate Responsibility for gotoPremiumFinance annual production goals tied to loan volume and number of new client relationships
- Track BDO Pipeline and calling performance via HubSpot, and generate reports as needed for executive management
- Develop in coordination with BDO”s local/ regional marketing strategy
- Coordinate with corporate marketing to ensure BDO team has the marketing support & tools they need
- Travel in market with each BDO on a regular basis to call on local existing/ prospective clients
- Educate and train each BDO on the gotoPremiumFinance product offerings
- Maintain personal calling effort to drive individual production goals
Qualifications
- The qualified individual must have knowledge of the insurance and premium finance industry, and its distribution channel model and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in this related field.
- The qualified individual must have outstanding communication, outstanding presentation, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Leadership Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment with an emphasis on relationship building
- History of successfully closing large ticket deals from $5MM to $50MM in premium finance loan volume
- Identifies and builds strategies to capitalize on market trends by researching industry technology, events, and publications, and by tracking competitors and overlapping technologies.
- Knowledge of current market and economic conditions
- Ability and willingness to consistently travel to markets deemed to be strategically important to gotoPremiumFinance and in support of the local business development teams
- Confident self-starter with the ability to manage multiple transactions
