Job Summary:
Passionate about doing outdoor sales? Here is your opportunity to join us now!
You will be responsible for bringing our products closer to our customers by fulfilling our home demo appointments, understanding their needs and proposing what advantages our products can bring into their lives. You can learn more about our Sterra brand here: https://sterra.sg/
You will also be tasked to look into B2B opportunities, as well as potential exposure in the institution and Horeca industry.

What You Will be Doing:
1. Generating own leads and bringing in revenue for the brand.
2. Product demonstration to potential customers. 3. Building rapport with your customers 4. Attend to all assigned potential leads on a daily basis 5. Feedback any concerns/issues to the management 6. Those who have no experience, but are passionate about sales are welcomed to apply!
7. Training will be provided

Requirements:
1. Prior B2B or F2F sales experience will be an added advantage
2. Great interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with customers 3. Maintain positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service 4. Accountability and reliability 5. Results oriented and able to hit sales targets 6. Collaborative, Committed and dedicated 7. Negotiation skills

Special skills:
1. Proficiency in iPad/Tablets and Credit Cards Terminal usage is a MUST
2. Have the can-do attitude
3. Must be a proactive team player
4. Ability to think out of the box to generate sales revenue 5. Hungry for sales with uncapped commission
6. Fast learner in fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:
1. Must possess own vehicle 2. Willing to travel islandwide to meet customers 3. Willing to work on weekends, including public holidays 4. Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply

Basic + transport allowance + commision
Working schedule: 1PM - 11PM including Sat & Sun, 5 days work week
