Business Development Manager 🔥


Slipstream Creative is seeking a highly-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that love the car industry, who are ready to transition their biz dev experience to a better product offering, culture, and much better compensation plan.

Slipstream Creative is a SaaS platform based in the automotive industry. Our product is actually no charge product to new car dealers in the US which gives us a HUGE advantage over our competition. Because of our product type - we are paid monthly by clients so offer a residual comp structure where you get monthly on any accounts sold. We also have the best sales tools to be effective in the sales process - getting you in front of as many qualified prospects as possible. Speaking of leads, you are provided leads from our SDR team so you don't have to search, and our sales team currently closes 30% of all appointments. Our average sales person makes between 85-120K per year

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Slipstream Creative professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
