Basepaws is looking for Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a large role in supporting marketing team in driving brand awareness and loyalty through influencer marketing. This role will report to Head of Growth and also will collaborate closely with Social Media Manager.

We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing manager to work with our team to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

Essential functions:

  • Assist Social Media team with influencer marketing campaign execution.
  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in the social media landscape including the tracking of current brand influencer partners, identifying new celebrity + influencer partnership opportunities, and monitoring for upcoming content trends across Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube.
  • Maintain influencer-generated content and influencer records in our internal database.
  • Assist with monitoring, tracking. engaging, and logging all influencer posts.
  • Evaluate and suggest on-brand influencers based on factors such as engagement, audience demographics, and content quality.
  • Collaborate with Social Media team to execute new campaign strategies.
  • Support Social Media team to ensure all influencer partnerships run smoothly.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
  • You should be familiar with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Influencer Program & Shoppable Livestreams (optional)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong program management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Critical and Creative forward-thinking.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, motivated, positive, enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Airtable, Canva, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Slides

This is a contractor role, 4-5 hours/day, 20 hours/week occupancy.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
