Interpreter Scheduling & Recruiting Administrator 🔥
We are a 24-year-old interpretation and translation company looking for a dynamic individual to help us with our core service of scheduling interpreters. This is a fast-paced position and the right candidate will be able to work mostly independently. We are a small but growing company with a high employee retention rate and are looking for someone to join our team long-term. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Note: The position is fully remote, but preference will be given to candidates residing in GA.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Schedule interpreters for on-site, video, and phone meetings
- Send accurate email confirmations to clients and interpreters
- Seek additional details as needed to successfully handle each request
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and seek the guidance of your supervisor when needed
- Recruit interpreters with the appropriate experience/credentials
- Nurture and develop customer relationships
- Nurture and develop vendor (interpreter) relationships
- Manage time wisely to ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide great customer service to both clients and vendors
- Work cooperatively with the CEO, Operations Manager, scheduling team members, and other staff
- Make suggestions to CEO and Operations Manager for efficiency and profitability of the business, as appropriate
- Provide backup support to others in office as called upon by the CEO or Operations Manager, because after all, in a small business everyone wears multiple hats
Qualifications:
- MUST have 2+ years working as an interpreter scheduler, as a scheduler in another industry (e.g., medical appointment scheduler), or in an office-based customer service position
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience interacting directly with clients and vendors by phone and email, responding to requests, inquiries, problems, etc.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We have a small office in Atlanta, but all staff are working remotely and plan to do so permanently.
