Location: 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114 Enterprise Payments (EP) helps clients run their business better every day. Sales Enablement Specialist drives revenue within EP by enabling our sales team with the latest tools, processes, communications, product content, and commercialization activities in the best way, at the best time to empower our EP business development teams. This position will own, develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint server portals, and the Consensus demo platform and library. Build governance and operating model frameworks and procedures. Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily onsite maintenance of the existing pages. Participates in the testing process through line of business analysis and review process. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work and coordinate with project stakeholders daily. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This role acts as a key player to ultimately deliver new product sales, cross sales and client retention revenue to the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and, most importantly, have a passion for enabling sales to grow and increase revenue. It is essential to be a strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a range of communication and sales enablement capabilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint collaboration governance, documenting, and maintaining configuration and process information.
  • Knowledge of and skill in administering Microsoft Office Products and integrations
  • Detailed and specific knowledge of the work processes, data models, work rules, and file/database designs applicable to the organization's mission.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts.
  • Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
  • Design and manage the overall content, design and functionality from a customer and user perspective based on organizational workflow processes.
  • Knowledge of video creation, analytics and editing
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on the design, taxonomy, content relevance and naming conventions for EP’s sites/pages.
  • Review and assesses site accessibility and search capability in accordance with organizational polices and guidance and users’ permission.
  • Review stored files in order to ensure current, compliance approved, and relevant information is stored on SharePoint and older files are either stored on network shared drives or archived.
  • Manage the overall architecture and technical functionality of site collection and subsites.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, content management, IT, marketing, journalism, business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in content management preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Experience in B2B marketing/communications practices
  • Technology product marketing experience preferred, preferably in financial technology industry such as payments
  • Excellent written and verbal communications including the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas
  • Experience excelling in a highly matrixed organization
  • Work collaboratively with a range of internal teams to create and manage integrated communications/marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within changing priorities
  • Great interpersonal skills, capable of working with all levels of personnel
  • Self-motivation, proactive nature, team player mentality, with the ability to work with little supervision
